As a local attorney, foster parent and community leader, Troy is ready to serve District 23 with the fairness and integrity our families deserve.

About Troy

Troy Officer has been working since he was 14 years old, instilling a work ethic that has shaped his life. He paid his own way through college and law school, built his own firm from the ground up, and he has spent every day of his legal career showing up for the people in his community.

Troy grew up in Oklahoma and earned a biochemistry degree magna cum laude from Oklahoma Baptist University before graduating from Baylor Law School in the top 25% of his class.
